Club Use Policy
This policy may also be know as CUP for Club Use Policy. The Club Use Policy is utilized as the Group Policy but will be known as the CUP.
In order for a Club or Group to use the forum for free the club or group must be nonprofit. Nonprofit - any income generated by the club/group goes back to the club/group to maintain facilities, cover operating expenses.
Each Club forum section is moderated by the respective club. When posting under a club section your posts fall under what is deemed appropriate for content by the club as long as the club has adhered to the Acceptable Use Policy of the forum.
Contact an Admin if you believe the Club has not followed the Acceptable Use Policy.
An Admin can moderate a situation only if asked by the club and not the individual who posted within the club section.
If a situation falls outside of the clubs section of the forum, an admin must be notified immediately.
The term Moderate used here can include but is not limited to banning a member, deleting or editing post contents or contacting the appropriate authorities. The Admin must act within the best interests of the forum and website as a whole.
All content, data, information entered into the forum and web site will be kept indefinitely and stored within the database and off site for reference and historical record. All content, data, information may be moved from original topics and forum areas and used accordingly for reference and historical record on BoiseRC.com/net and IdahoRC.com.
