RC Cars at the Big Nasty Hillclimb

Idaho's largest motorcycle event returns for its 10th anniversary on Setember 14-16, 2012. Last year Andy from Boise RC Hobbies did the heavy lifting and built us an RC car track. We even installed a special water line, just for it so that we could water the track. Over 11,000 spectators came out last year and enjoyed everything from nitro-burning Harley's tryng to climb out 550-foot pro hill, to helicoprter rides, to pumpkin shooting and bands and fireworks, to RC car races on Andy's track.

This year we want to build on Andy's hard work and improve the track and get more RC people out there to Big Nasty Land. We are looking for someone to take the lead on helping us improve the track (it is still pretty rocky) and get more guys out there to race. Ultimately, we would like Big Nasty Weekend to be a regular stop on the RC race series calendar (we always run in mid-September, two weeks after Labor Day Weekend). Is there someone out there who can step up and help us to do that?
